Pathways and credit transfer
Previous study or work experience may reduce the duration of your course through: Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Credit Transfer All applications are assessed in line with the VET Quality Framework.
Already Received an Offer from AIDC?
Accept your offer
f you’ve received a Letter of Offer, follow the steps below: Sign and return your Acceptance of Offer form Pay the required tuition deposit Meet any conditions listed in your offer Once accepted, AIDC will confirm your enrolment.
Apply for a student visa
All international students studying in Australia must hold a valid Student Visa (subclass 500).
After accepting your offer and making payment:
- AIDC will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
- You can then apply for your student visa through the Department of Home Affairs
Before starting your studies, make sure you organise:
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
Accommodation
Airport arrival plans
Orientation attendance
Important documents and finances
If you are currently in Australia on a temporary visa (other than a student visa) and your visa has a full study entitlement, you will not be subject to Educational Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) legislation and student visa-related conditions.
