Student Accommodation Options
Helping you find a safe and comfortable place to live in Melbourne
At the Australian Institute of Design and Construction, we understand that finding the right accommodation is a key part of your study experience—especially for international students. While AIDC does not provide on-campus accommodation, our Student Support Team is here to assist you in finding suitable housing options that meet your needs, budget, and lifestyle.
We work with reputable accommodation providers and can guide you through the process, including a partnership with UniLodge, one of Australia’s leading student accommodation providers.
How AIDC Supports You
Our role is to assist and guide, not to act as a housing provider or rental agent. Support includes:
- Information on trusted accommodation options near campus
- Referrals to reputable student housing providers
- Guidance on applying for accommodation (including UniLodge)
- Advice on budgeting, contracts, and tenancy basics
- Support with temporary accommodation on arrival (where needed)
Students are responsible for securing and paying for their accommodation directly with the provider or landlord.
